We offer a personalized service to every client. Our trainers have had extensive training in producing customized exercise programs that show proven results. We are committed to providing the motivation and knowledge utilizing the most current and effective methods.

In order to begin your program, you must commit to three sessions with your trainer. That way we can responsibly implement, monitor and modify your technique or program as required.

In your first session with a trainer we spend time evaluating your level of fitness and dealing with specific needs. The first session is 1.5 hours. The following two sessions are one hour each. It is recommended that these two additional sessions be booked within a few weeks of your program commencement. Thereafter you may book a trainer at any time to adjust the program and increase your challenges as you reach your goals.
